Dialysis

Fresenius and Davita Dialysis Centers are abundant within the Northeast Florida region. Dr. Barakzoy provides patient care services within the many centers depending on patient location.

Admissions to specific centers are performed within our office and central admissions of the dialysis center. We will be glad to assist.

Pharmacy

Every patients pharmacy plan is different depending on their medical insurance policy. Not every medication is covered. Although the best drugs may not be covered or have alternatives, our staff will discuss treatment options regarding medication essentials.
